According to, the 21-year-old will effectively find himself on 'trial' for the remainder of 2024-25 after struggling for goals this season. If he doesn't perform, the young forward could be sold.

The report adds that head coach Ruben Amorim has been 'far from convinced' by the Danish international and this news has caught the attention of Napoli and Juventus. If United did sell, they would have to take a 'significant hit' on what they paid Atalanta.
Since moving to Old Trafford, Hojlund has scored 23 goals and bagged three assists in 72 appearances in all competitions. This season he has just two goals in 18 Premier League games, although he would argue that the service to him simply hasn't been good enough.
Hojlund will hope to find his finishing touch when United host Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Sunday.
